Vekasy’s® Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Vekasy’s® Fine Costume Jewelry & Accessories, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We do our best to provide accurate photography, detailed descriptions, measurements, colors, materials, and other product information to help you make an informed purchase and minimize the need for returns.

We will gladly accept eligible returns within 15 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, security tags, accessories, and materials included.

Customers must contact Vekasy’s before mailing a return to receive return instructions.

Please Examine Your Purchase Before Opening

When applicable, Vekasy’s products are tagged and/or packaged in sealed protective packaging.

Before removing a security tag or opening sealed packaging, please carefully examine the visible product and label to confirm that you received the correct item, including color, style, material, size, and length, when applicable.

If a product has a security tag, the tag must remain attached for the item to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Worn, used, altered, or damaged items
Personalized, customized, or special-order items
Gift certificates or gift cards
Wholesale orders
Items purchased at shows, fairs, pop-up shops, or other in-person events, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
Final Sale, Sale, or Clearance items when identified as non-returnable
Gifts purchased for or provided to third parties when the original purchase cannot be verified
Items returned outside the 15-day return period
Items with security tags removed, when a security tag was provided

Handmade Product Variations

Many Vekasy’s® products are individually handcrafted or hand-designed. Slight variations in color, size, placement, texture, pattern, gemstones, embellishments, stitching, painting, or other handmade details are natural characteristics of handcrafted products.

These individual variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

Greeting Cards, Gift Packaging & Accessories

Vekasy’s® greeting cards, gift packaging, and select accessories are handcrafted or hand-designed and may feature original artwork, hand-painted elements, specialty papers, gemstones, beads, ribbons, dimensional embellishments, decorative accents, or other handmade details. Slight variations in color, placement, texture, size, pattern, or appearance are a natural part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

Greeting Cards

Eligible greeting cards purchased directly from Vekasy’s may be returned within 15 days of delivery only if they are unused, unwritten, unaltered, and in their original condition and protective packaging, with the original envelope and any included components.

Greeting cards that have been written in, addressed, mailed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise used are not returnable.

Please note that dimensional embellishments and decorative elements are intentional design features of many Vekasy’s® handmade greeting cards and are not considered defects.

Gift Packaging & Accessories

Eligible gift boxes, purse-style gift boxes, keychains, knit accessories, and other accessories purchased directly from Vekasy’s may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and included components.

Handcrafted paper gift boxes and purse-style gift boxes are decorative keepsake packaging. Minor variations resulting from hand-cutting, folding, assembly, embellishment placement, or materials are characteristic of handmade construction and are not considered defects.

Any product sold as a set must be returned as a complete set with all originally included pieces to qualify for a refund.

Original Artwork

Original artwork is one-of-a-kind and individually created by the artist. Because each piece is unique, we encourage customers to carefully review all photographs, dimensions, orientation, colors, materials, and product descriptions before purchasing.

Eligible original artwork purchased directly from Vekasy’s may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided that it is returned in its original, unaltered, and undamaged condition.

Artwork must be returned with all original packaging, protective materials, documentation, and other materials included with the purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for securely packaging and shipping an eligible artwork return using a trackable and insured shipping service. Artwork that is damaged due to inadequate return packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, and differences in computer, tablet, and mobile-device displays and are not considered defects.

Original artwork that has been altered, modified, damaged, framed or reframed by the purchaser, or otherwise changed from its original condition is not returnable.

For artwork within the SMR Artwork – Artist’s Diary Collection, any artist signature, date, or timestamp appearing on the artwork is an intentional part of the original work and is not considered a defect.

Artwork purchased through Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, Poshmark, or another third-party marketplace must be returned through the marketplace where it was originally purchased and is subject to that marketplace’s applicable return procedures and policies.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery.

We may request photographs of the merchandise, packaging, shipping container, and shipping label so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please do not discard damaged merchandise or its packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Preparing Your Return

To return an eligible item purchased directly from Vekasy’s:

Returned merchandise must be shipped at the purchaser’s expense unless the return is due to an error by Vekasy’s or the merchandise arrived damaged or defective.
Please use a reliable, trackable shipping service. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable merchandise.
Include a copy of your packing slip or order information and indicate the reason for the return.
Merchandise must be returned with its original packaging and, when applicable, its security tag attached.
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

Vekasy’s is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit or merchandise returned without following the requirements of this policy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Vekasy’s.

Please allow reasonable processing time for your financial institution or payment provider to post an approved refund to your account.

Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, Poshmark & Other Marketplace Purchases

Items purchased through a third-party marketplace, including Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, Poshmark, or other online marketplaces or resellers, must be returned through the same marketplace where the original purchase was made.

Please initiate your return directly through your marketplace account and follow that marketplace’s applicable return, refund, and exchange procedures.

Do not mail marketplace purchases directly to Vekasy’s unless specifically instructed to do so through the marketplace return process.

Marketplace purchases are subject to the return and refund policies, procedures, and eligibility requirements of the marketplace through which the purchase was made.
